Apartment farm "the Groede", overlooking the Wadden dyke, consists of 12 double apartments. With the Unesco World Heritage Site the Wadden Sea 200 meters away, the North Sea beach 2 kilometers away and European Nature Reserve and Dark Sky Park the Boschplaat, it is an ideal base.
The apartments are suitable for 2 persons, and consist of 2 floors. Each apartment has a private terrace and garden. Terrace furniture is available. Behind the farm is an opportunity to dry your laundry. And there is a shared laundry room with washing machines and dryer available.
The layout of the apartment is as follows:
First floor: entrance, room/kitchen, private terrace.
Upper floor: 1 bedroom (2-1p box spring), children's bed. Bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity with sink, baby bath is available.
Facilities: Television (smart TV with Netflix), free wireless internet, central heating, combi microwave, high chair is available. Playpen available on request. The comforters are synthetic, as are the pillows.

Upon agreement to the terms and conditions, the tenant will pay the landlord 50% of the agreed rental amount. This is an advance payment on the rental amount and will therefore be deducted from the agreed rental amount upon settlement. The remaining amount of the rent will be paid 6 weeks before your arrival date. In case of reservation within 6 weeks before arrival, a 100% deposit is due. The landlord is only bound by this agreement after receipt of the deposit. No rights can be derived from the dates and amounts of online bookings chosen by you.
