Booking information for the rental of accommodations De Groede, Finistère, and TS37 on Terschelling.
Rentalperiods
Rental periods are flexible. You can arrive and depart on any day. Exceptions apply only during the high season. During this period, only weekly rentals are available. If in doubt, please contact us.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM; check-out time is 10:00 AM. Earlier check-in is
sometimes possible by arrangement.
Bedding and Towel Rental
Bed linens and towel sets are not included. You can bring your own or rent them from us. A single-person linen set is €15.00, and a towel set is €5.00 (kitchen linens are provided).

Cleaning of De Groede and Finistère Apartments
The apartment must be found clean and tidy. If this is not the case, the
tenant must immediately report this to the landlord. Upon departure, the tenant must leave the apartment
swept clean and tidy, paying particular attention to the bathroom, kitchen, and floors.

Touristtax
The tourist tax is €2.40 per person per day (for children aged 4 and older). If more people are staying in the apartments than specified, you run the risk of being evicted during an inspection. You must therefore report any changes in the number of people in advance.
Liability
The landlord is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from the use of the facilities on the premises.
Prices
Rental prices include gas, water, electricity, and VAT. All rental prices are subject to change. Rental prices do not include tourist tax (€2.40 per person per day) and service charges.
Payment
Upon receipt of the confirmation, you must pay 30% of the rental amount within 7 days. The remaining balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. If you make a reservation less than 6 weeks before the arrival date, the full amount must be paid in one lump sum.
